1. Refund Policy

• Once a project or service has been initiated, refunds will not be provided.
• Payments made for project milestones, service fees, or subscription-based services are non-refundable.
• Exceptions may be considered only in cases where services have not yet commenced, subject to management’s discretion.

2. Service Cancellation

• If you wish to cancel a service, you must notify us in writing at info@rightsquare.in.
• Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid.
• For ongoing or recurring services (such as maintenance, hosting, or support contracts), you may cancel by providing at least 30 days’ prior written notice.
• Any work completed or costs incurred up to the date of cancellation will remain billable.

3. Project Termination by Right Square

• Right Square reserves the right to terminate a project or service in cases of:
• Non-payment or delayed payment by the client.
• Breach of agreement or misuse of services.
• Situations beyond our reasonable control.
• In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and outstanding balances remain payable.
